The Role:

The Senior Project Consultant will act as the technical lead on projects, and oversee other consultants on larger engagements. You will also be responsible for assisting with the development of Intellectual Property (IP) in their expertise areas and participating in presales activities as subject matter experts


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Project Manager to define and plan project delivery, schedules and resource requirements
  • Technical delivery of projects by the most efficient means possible
  • Ensure that projects are delivered as per the implementation methodology.
  • Ensure billable hour targets are met
  • Strive for high client satisfaction scores
  • Promote Brennan products and services creating new business opportunities.
  • Participate in the presales process accessing the clients’ needs

What skills you bring:

  • Minimum 5 years IT technical service delivery experience
  • 5+ years of experience with solution architecture and deployment of at least 3 of the following:
  • Microsoft Windows Server (OS, common roles and features, SQL,)
  • Demonstrated ability to produce project technical documentation which includes but not limited to High Level and Detailed Design documents, Assessments/Reports, Migration and Test Plans, As-Built documents, and User Guides.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to develop technically and professionally
  • Ability to autonomously manage day-to-day client and technical issues
  • Ability to work in a billable hour target environment
